Will the gym be safe to work out in?

Absolutely, we will adhere to all State Government guidelines and we have dramatically increased our cleaning and sanitation protocols. We will separate or close gym equipment to ensure effective social distancing, increased personal cleaning stations, and access to hand sanitisers. We are in this together, whilst we continue a high standard of cleaning at all times, we ask the same of our members.

When will my direct debit membership start?

All memberships will automatically be taken off freeze with payments scheduled to restart from Friday 19th June for Erina Members & July 1st for Broken Hill Members. All Erina memberships will be changed to a Friday fortnightly payment cycle due to system update, Broken Hill Memberships will remain the same.

Do I need to book a time slot to secure my training session?

You do not need to book your session. Please turn up as you wish as during our peak hours prior to our shutdown we had around 80 member movement within our facility. Should we reach our maximum limit there will be a new procedure as per our health and safety guidelines.

What happens to Paid in Full memberships?

Paid in Full members will be given an extended membership for the duration the gym was closed.

Do I have to rejoin again if we were members before COVID?

No, memberships will automatically be taken off freeze with payments scheduled to restart from Friday 19th June for Erina Members & July 1st for Broken Hill Members.

Will Impact be open 24/7?

As of 15th Monday June we will be 24/7

Our staffed hours are:

Monday – Thursday 4am-10pm

Friday 4am – 8pm

Saturday 7am – 12pm

Sunday 9am – 12pm

What will happen to Fitness Passport members?

Fitness Passport Memberships at this time remain on hold until Fitness Passport resume their services, in the meantime we are pleased to offer a special casual pass at $20 per week. Please see reception for more information.

Is creche open?

Creche will be open from 15th Monday June. We have got a new booking system, please book phone: 02 4367 6767 and follow the prompts.

Do I need to book into classes?

Yes, class bookings are essential as per the NSW regulations. Classes will be capped to 20 people. Please download our Impact Gym App to secure your spot.

I have bought a pre-paid membership. How does this impact me?

If you have purchased a 5 or 10 visit pass, any unused visits will be available as soon as we are able to re-open.

Can we use the water fountain?

The use of the bubbler is limited to refilling water bottles only, please ensure you bring a water bottle with you or purchase water from reception.

Can I use showers?

Yes, showers are open. For your health and safety please bring your own products and wear throngs whilst showering.
